Here at The Soy Box our wax is made with pure, 100% natural soybeans. All of our candles are handcrafted and individually handpoured. Our wicks are lead free. We have tested each and every one of our candles that we offer to ensure our candles offer you the best appearance, burn time and scent throw possible. Your order will ship within 7 to 14 business days most of the time sooner. Your order will be sent via United States Postal Service for $6.75 unless you choose UPS GROUND for $ 7.75
Flat rate shipping and free shipping offer does not apply to wholesale orders.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We do except returns but will not pay or refund shipping charges. As long as the item is returned in its original condition, we will offer a refund or a replacement if it is within 14 days after receiving your purchase. If your return is due to an error occurred by The Soy Box, you will not be charged for additional shipping. If you receive your items damaged due to postal delivery please call the postal delivery service right away and file a claim with them. We are not responsible for postal damage.
The Soy Box ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States. Sorry, at this time, no orders will be shipped to international locations.
